Our New Home

It's been a while since we last blogged, but so much has been going on. Graduation, baby showers, visiting family, and getting ready to move out to the mid-west! We have been in Missouri for almost three weeks now and it has been great so far. We have already made a trip to Nauvoo, which is two hours away from our house, but I'll talk about that a little later. Right now, I'd like to welcome you to our new home.

Here is a view of the front of our condo. Notice the proximity to the woods. We are on the end of a long street of condos and so are lucky enough to be close to all the beautiful trees. Whenever you look out a window from upstairs all you see is green tree braches. I feel like I live in a tree house sometimes!


This is the view from our front porch and one of the main reasons we went with this location. The hospital/campus is just behind those trees. This means it's a quick stroll across our neighbors yard for Luke to get to school!



Here is a view of our front room. Notice my new area rug I ordered from overstock.com. I was very happy with the purchase!



This is our dining room. That sliding glass door leads out back to a small deck. It also lets in a lot of natural light. I love natural light!


Here is Luke standing in out little kitchen with a dishwasher!


Around the corner from the kitchen is this little hallway that leads to the garage. Those Wooden IKEA shelves work great as my pantry and the washer and dryer are across from the shelves. Nice and cozy!

And baby Merrill's room! This is the only room in the whole place that isn't decorated at all yet. But we did put together his cradle and all his strollers...we still have a few months to decorate.
