Wow, what a day! I woke up at 5:00 (rather Mel pushed me out of bed), shined my shoes, and put on my best suit. I spent the day at capital hill lobbying to legislators about higher education budgets and funds for research. In all, I stood on my feet on the same marble slab for 5 hours straight! Upon arriving home, I took Mel to an Aggie game and stood for another 2 hours as we saw the defeat of Nevada. Needless to say my knees are killing me now. Here's a pic that I landed in the Desert News.
Yep, Dr. Li and I are always cropping up in the news. The back of our heads also made it onto the 5:00 KSL news! Good thing I combed my hair today.

The Aggies should now be ranked in the Top 25 soon!!! Go Aggies!

We're Back

I didn't realize that winter-break would translate into a months sabbatical from blogger.  I'll catch you up quickly on some of the things we did during December...

Survived finals!

Explored the plastic bodies at Body Worlds. 

And text Mr. Bones a word bubble.

Got caught repeating "Ready, set, Jump!" for 20 minutes.

Got stuck again repeating Dora's song "Come on Vamanos,

everybody lets go! Come on let's get to it, I know that we can do it!" 

for another 20 minutes.

(Maya's a spitting image, eh?) 

Spent Christmas with loved ones.

But managed not to take a single picture the entire time. Argh!
