Bluetongue Encounters of a Third Kind

Did you see it on the local news?

An alien sighting!

On a brisk Alaska night in Logan, a picture was taken capturing this alleged extra-terrestrial. Eye witnesses said that the alien attempted to communicate with them, but the language was strange and archaic.  The alien figure resulted to grunts and rudimentary hand gestures that worked surprisingly well.  This alien pictured below was said to have admitted to performing research on Earth's biosphere, in particular the Bluetongue virus. After a brief encounter, the figure quickly wrapped up, sampled the subway sandwiches and punch at a nearby buffet, and then went on it's way. 

The extra-terrestrial's location and motives are still unknown, despite his hours of powerpoint presentation editing and preparation.
